Returns & Replacements
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.
Please CLICK HERE to download and complete the Customer Refund Exchange Request Form, and send the invoice and parcel to us at: Yaelle 7 Marsh House Road Sheffield S11 9SP.
We will then issue a full refund, within 30 days, on receipt, excluding shipping charges, or exchange the item for a different style or colour if preferred.
Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
We do not deliver to your area, one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail re-credit your credit/debit card with the full amount.
