We are not obliged to ship any goods until all our charges for the goods and shipping are paid.

Please allow at least 4 days for despatch of your goods from the date we send you acceptance of the order, clearance of funds, checking of personal details and any other verification procedures we consider appropriate.

All orders are subject to availability of stock.

If the item is no longer in stock we will refund your payment.

We reserve the right to insist that the goods are delivered to address shown as your delivery address in the order or such other information given to us or obtained by us.

Once you have ordered online from us you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

We appreciate and respect the fact that internet security is important to all our users.

We will not disclose information about our uses to third parties except where it would be provided in the normal course of business for example arranging the dispatch of an item.

With the use of advanced security measures to protect your data and information against misuse, loss and alteration, however with all computer networks linked to the internet, we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of your data and information provided over the internet and will not be responsible for this.

The website allows you to contact Yaelle via the "Contact" page. Email correspondence is free format text & cannot be encrypted therefore it is not a secure means of communication.

Please do not send personal information, such as passwords or credit card information, via email. Returns & Replacements If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please email for the returns address.

We will then issue a full refund, within 30 days, on receipt, excluding shipping charges, or exchange the item for a different style or colour if preferred.

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;

We do not deliver to your area, one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail re-credit your credit/debit card with the full amount.
